1. Identification of customer needs

At this stage, we focus on understanding the client's requirements and expectations. We hold discussions, we analyse your needs and the specifics of the client's business in order to best tailor the future solution. A thorough diagnosis allows us to determine the scale of the project, its purpose and its technical and organisational limitations organisational constraints.

2. Commercial offer

Based on the information gathered, we prepare a tailor-made offer. It includes:

1. the range of solutions proposed,
2. estimated cost of implementation,
3. schedule of activities,
4. terms and conditions of cooperation.

The offer provides a clear reference point for further discussions and agreements.

3. Contract - start of process

Once the offer is accepted, we sign the contract, which officially initiates the start of the project. We define in it obligations of the parties, deadlines and logistical details. This is a key moment that lays the groundwork for the entire project team.

4. Executive design

The design phase begins. On the basis of previous findings, the execution documentation is produced. This takes into account all technical and technological aspects. This phase often includes:

1. component selection,
2. preparation of technical drawings,
3. 3D modelling or simulations,
4. agreements with the client.

5. Acceptance of the project

Once the design has been developed, we forward it to the client for review. Any remarks are considered, and after their approval, the documentation is finally accepted. This is a prerequisite for the start of production.

6. Production and commissioning

On the basis of the approved design, we start the physical implementation - the production of the components, assembly, testing and preparation for implementation. Once assembly is complete, we carry out commissioning and customer training in operation. We also provide technical support and service.
