ROMER Research and Development Centre getting closer
ROMER - the largest Polish manufacturer of powder coating machines - is making a strategic investment in the form of its own research and development centre in Skarżysko-Kamienna. The state-of-the-art centre is being built in the immediate vicinity of the ROMER plant and will be the location for the development of innovative solutions for the paint industry. Particular emphasis will be placed on research into new methods of anti-corrosion protection, which are key to the quality and durability of industrial coatings.
Progress of construction work
Work on the construction site is progressing smoothly. Phase III of the project is currently underway, with completion of the whole project scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020. The schedule has been maintained despite market and logistical challenges, highlighting the company's determination to deliver this project.
New research opportunities
The R&D centre will allow several technological trials to be conducted simultaneously, which will significantly increase the company's innovation potential. As a result, ROMER will be able to test and match technologies to customer requirements even more efficiently, and the process of implementing new solutions will be shortened.
Benefits for customers and the industry
The construction of an R&D centre is an investment not only in the growth of the company, but also in the market as a whole. Increased research capabilities will translate into faster development of state-of-the-art equipment and processes that meet the growing demands of the industry. For ROMER's customers, this means better tailored solutions, higher quality services and access to innovations created in Poland and appreciated worldwide.
