Automatic demineralisation plant

The automatic demineralisation station is a state-of-the-art device that treats water using three columns (anionite, cationite and carbon filter), made of robust polymeric materials.

The system supports automatic regeneration of the deposits, rinsing of the carbon filter, measurement of water parameters (conductivity, flow), as well as neutralisation and automatic discharge of washings. Control is via a 7-inch touch panel, supported by PLC and HMI electronics.

The unit operates in closed, zero-waste mode and can be remotely monitored and updated via the Internet. Thanks to ModBus (Industry 4.0) communication and compatibility with MASTER/SLAVE RS485 units, the station can be easily integrated into higher-level control systems.
