Bathtub systems

ROMER bath systems are modular process lines with extractors, dedicated to industrial plants requiring precise surface preparation before painting. They enable full process automation in many zones - both in classic chemical degreasing and advanced processes such as phosphating, stripping or chromating.

To increase efficiency, the systems can be equipped with ultrasonic washers, offering capacities from 240 litres to 2,400 litres and ultrasonic power of up to 28,800 watts. The ultrasonic transducers are interchangeable, mounted in immersion modules, and the frequencies (20-40 kHz) are selected according to the type of workpieces to be treated.

The baths are made of AISI304, AISI316L or PP, with an insulated housing and an automatic cover to limit evaporation.

The entire system can be upgraded with filtration, temperature control, an automatic work calendar and robust belt lifting of the baskets. This is a complete solution for industrial paint shops, including those complying with QUALICOAT requirements
