The RDI demineralisation station produces demi water by ion exchange, using three filter columns and automatic control heads. The RDI-2 and RDI-4 versions provide capacities of 2,000 and 4,000 l/h, respectively, with high purification quality.

The RDI demineralisation station is a reliable solution for obtaining demineralised water with a conductivity of less than 5 µS, using ion exchange technology.
The unit consists of three columns: a cation exchange column (sodium cycle), an anion exchange column (chloride cycle) and a carbon filter, ensuring effective removal of ions and organic impurities. The columns are made of durable and corrosion-resistant AISI316L acid-resistant steel.
The RDI-2 and RDI-4 versions offer flow rates of 2,000 and 4,000 l/h respectively, and are controlled by fully automatic heads. The system is powered by 220-240 V and operates in an ambient temperature range of 0 to 45 °C.
