The RP-01 is an advanced vacuum transfer pump for powder coatings, designed with High Density Conveying (HDC) technology, which allows large volumes of paint to be conveyed with minimal air consumption.
Ideal for use in both automatic lines and for general powder transfer from tanks, it achieves a capacity of up to 5 kg/min (with hose lengths of up to 8 m).
The pump allows hoses to be cleaned in both directions (suction and discharge), reducing downtime and operating costs compared to Venturi technology.
With its PLC-based control and ModBus integration capability, the RP-01 is ideal for modern powder installations requiring precise and automated fluid transfer.
