The heart of
The mobile tunnel washer is an advanced industrial unit with modular stainless steel construction, controlled by a 7" touch panel, with integration via Modbus. It offers high-precision closed-circuit cleaning, extensive filtration, automatic process control and full control and measurement equipment.
Made in Romer
Bottom tank made of chemical-resistant plastic, equipped with a simple grease and sediment separator. Facilitates the disposal of used liquid and protects the system against clogging. Capacity: 25 litres.
An intuitive touchscreen panel allows you to log in users, create work schedules and view and record key process parameters. You can quickly set zone lengths, temperatures or time intervals between operations.
The modular technology design allows the number and functions of the zones to be matched to the requirements of the line. Extensions and servicing are simple and downtime is kept to a minimum.
The body and wet components are made of stainless steel, which guarantees chemical resistance and a long service life of the unit in continuous operation.
Curtains and drains minimise the transfer of baths between sections, stabilise the process and make it easier to keep the tunnel clean.
Washing takes place in a closed circuit with a cascading overflow between tanks. The solution reduces water and chemical consumption and increases quality repeatability.
Built-in pH and conductivity measurements enable ongoing monitoring of the bath's condition. The operator receives clear indications for additions and corrections.
Each stage is equipped with pressure gauges and liquid level sensors. The system gives advance warning of pressure drops and shortages in the tanks.
The spray sections use nozzles that are easy to change and select for the geometry of the workpieces. This ensures an even wash and shorter cycle times.
Heating of the bath is carried out using a burner or heaters - according to preference and available infrastructure. The maintained temperature stabilises the effectiveness of the wash.
Integrated fume hoods extract fumes from process areas, improving working conditions and protecting electrical components.
Open Modbus communication facilitates connection to higher-level systems, data logging and remote monitoring of parameters.
The panel allows work cycles to be planned and user roles to be assigned. This makes operation secure and access to settings controlled.
Closed circulation, cascades and chemical metering reduce water, energy and chemical consumption. This reduces operating costs in real terms.
The tunnel architecture, robust materials and automation sustain process stability 24/7 - from the first detail to the end of the shift.
