ProfiCenter powder centre

The ProfiCentre CP02 is a fully automated powder management centre - equipped with an RP-01 pump, fluidised and sealed hopper, two operating modes (recovery with mixing or all waste), automatic compressed air cleaning and intelligent level sensors. Control is via a 7″ HMI panel with USB logger, and full ModBus integration ensures synchronisation and maximum process control.

Thanks to its large-diameter central valve, the ProfiCenter CP02 allows paint to be discharged into a bag of fresh paint before the cleaning process automatically starts. Which minimises paint loss, and is carried out in a much shorter time, compared to earlier generation systems that do not have a central paint discharge.

Air extraction within the ProfiCenter

Depending on the situation, the automatic extraction valve is automatically activated (it can also be activated manually on request), resulting in a strong air draft in the ProfiCenter's specially designed intake ducts, enabling the workspace to be kept clean, which is essential for maintaining the high quality of the coatings applied. Importantly, no filter changes or cleaning is required, as the draught is generated by an external dust collector such as the OZ series.

USB order parameter recorder

Screening machine

Each ProfiCentre CP02 has a sifter as standard, which screens fresh and recovered paint from the paint return system; thanks to its high vibration frequency of over 40kHz and relatively high power, it has the ability to break up small paint lumps.

Modes of operation

  • Recovery with mixing - unused powder is returned to the mixer and combined with fresh paint.
  • Total waste - all recovery goes to the dust collector and only new powder goes into the hopper.

Automatic cleaning

A compressed air programme blows the residual powder from inside the hopper and injectors, and a programmable extraction valve removes it outside the machine.Thanks to the large-diameter central valve, the ProfiCenter CP02 allows paint to be dumped into a bag with fresh paint before automatically starting the cleaning process. Powder level sensors

The hopper and refill carton are equipped with sensors that send a timely signal for refilling or sound an audible alarm.The fresh and reclaimed paint pumps are controlled to maintain a preset ratio between reclaimed paint and fresh paint.

A 7" colour touchscreen lets you configure cleaning modes and programmes, and a two-channel USB recorder saves the full history of cycles.

ModBus integration

Full communication with the spray booth or master system ensures synchronisation of dosing, cleaning and spraying.Virtually every romer unit is built with a microcontroller as standard, and can therefore be fully controlled externally by master units. It can operate in master / slave mode. Once connected to a network, its status, consumption, temperatures, etc. can be monitored in real time, providing data for internal customer systems, e.g. CRM / ERP.The solution allows relay outputs to be programmed based on events and customer requirements.
