ProfiControl - the intelligent paint line management centre
ProfiControl is a central control unit which, as standard, already offers functions that are regarded as premium equipment elsewhere. Thanks to its integration with in-house devices such as the conveyor or oven, the system provides full control over the entire line.
An adaptive mode allows the paint application parameters to be dynamically adapted to the situation on the line. The operator can adjust the operation of the conveyor from the cab, which directly affects the other equipment.
A 10" touchscreen display allows all components to be managed from a single location. ProfiControl supports 3D scanners, measuring gates, allows the creation of programmes and communication with ERP/SCADA systems. Remote support, diagnostics and operation management make it a complete solution for automating the painting process.
