ROMER robotic systems for powder paint shops ensure precise and reliable guidance of paint applicators in the vertical and horizontal axes. The range includes MA2 manipulators in multiple stroke variants and compatible MX horizontal axes, suitable for use with multiple paint guns. The units are characterised by quiet operation, high accuracy and simple integration with control automation.

Works and axes
The ROMER automatic powder coating system consists of precision motion components:
-The MA2 series vertical manipulator provides precise lifting and lowering of the paint applicators. Available in different stroke lengths, it supports up to 12 ProfiGun guns. Driven by an AC motor, it runs quietly and maintenance-free.
-The horizontal X-axis (MX-100 / MX-150) works in conjunction with MA1 and MA2 robotic systems, allowing the applicator to move horizontally for complex painting of large parts.
-The X axis with gun servo drive allows precise control of the gun position along the horizontal axis, resulting in even paint coverage.
All units feature high accuracy, safety (IP54) and simple integration into the paint booth control system.
