Automatic drawing of the workpieces through the spray booth

  • If you want to speed up the painting process and increase line efficiency.
  • When the workpieces are suspended from beams and the painting process is supposed to be fast, repeatable and reliable - manual shifting no longer makes sense. It is not only tiring and time-consuming, but also not very precise. Where work rhythm and full automation count, you need a solution that takes control of the movement - precisely and without downtime. Such a solution is the system that pulls the beams through the booth is a solution in the automation of the painting process. It is based on drive panels mounted on the booth rail, so that beams with suspended workpieces move automatically along the track. This solution works particularly well in automated booths, where the painting process takes place without the operator's involvement. The dragger takes over responsibility for the movement of the workpieces within the booth. The use of the broaching machine relieves the operators' workload, increases the repeatability and rhythmicity of the process, increases the efficiency of the paint line and allows work to be perfectly adapted to one's own pace.
