The heart of

Large part annealing fully integrated into the production line

With two independent openings, the continuous oven allows a linear flow of material and easy automation of the process. It is the ideal solution for batch production where continuity, speed and the elimination of downtime are important.

Large part annealing fully integrated into the production line

  • If high throughput and the ability to automate the process is required
  • Where the process cannot stop and every second decides on productivity - classic solutions are no longer sufficient. Here you need complete fluidity, predictability and a rhythm of operation, without having to interrupt the cycle for loading or unloading. This is exactly what the continuous kiln offers - designed for automation and process continuity. Unlike traditional chamber ovens, which have one common opening, the through-flow design features two independent outlets: an infeed and an outfeed. This allows the batch to move linearly through the heating chamber, improving logistics and allowing easy integration with feeders, conveyor belts or robotic handling systems. This solution is used wherever an uninterrupted production rhythm and minimal downtime are important. The ability to prepare successive batches of workpieces in parallel while a process is in progress significantly increases the efficiency of the entire line. Choosing a continuous oven is not just a step towards automation - it is a real gain: better work organisation, higher annealing quality, reduced operator errors and greater predictability in continuous production.
