Large-scale painting without costly infrastructure
If you are painting large details and want to simplify logistics and reduce investment costs.
When the components are too large, too heavy or simply inconvenient to handle - traditional solutions fail. Every extra step, every platform, every lift, adds seconds, costs and risks. And yet what counts is efficiency. In such cases, a powder booth without a floor becomes the optimal solution.
This solution is designed for large, heavy or non-standard workpieces, which are transported on trolleys or pallets, e.g. using a manual palletiser. The absence of a floor in the booth allows workpieces to be driven in and out without the need for additional platforms or safeguards. This considerably simplifies the loading and unloading process and at the same time reduces investment costs thanks to the simple, well thought-out design.
The deliberate omission of painting the bottom surface of the workpiece - which is in contact with the ground - is a compromise between ease of handling and full coverage. This makes it possible to fulfil orders for large workpieces without logistical constraints, and the process itself becomes more ergonomic and flexible.
In addition, the absence of a floor makes it easier to maintain cleanliness inside the booth and reduces the risk of coating damage on hard-to-reach surfaces. This solution is particularly suitable for industrial production conditions, where the speed of material flow, optimisation of work and minimisation of costs are important - without compromising on the quality of painting.
