The most frequently chosen solution for small and medium loads. The system consists of two trolleys: - the outer one with rubber-covered swivel wheels (easy transport outside the oven, painted with wet paint), - the inner one, which enters the chamber - supplied as a frame structure on wheels with high-temperature bearings (unpainted, ready for welding the superstructure). The advantage of this system is that it reduces the amount of dirt brought in and is easy to handle even in confined spaces.
A solution for medium to heavy loads, mostly used in automated lines. Consists of two rails (70×70×4, hot-dip galvanised), mounted above the oven. It allows the workpiece to be suspended once - its subsequent movement is smooth without the need for reloading. The system is fast and convenient to use, although it requires the extension of the line with crossheads and unloading stations.
Designed for very heavy workpieces (even several tonnes). The trolley runs on rails recessed into the floor - fitted with cast iron wheels on plain bearings. Travel is forward and backward only - no turning. The system lowers the overall height of the oven by approximately 100 mm compared to other solutions. The trolley is supplied as a raw frame, ready for further assembly.
A solution for those who prefer complete control. The kiln does not include any integrated transport system - the workpiece is positioned directly in the chamber using an overhead crane, pallet truck or other external equipment. The workpieces can rest on the customer's steel pallet, subfloor or substructure. This is the simplest, cheapest and most reliable option - with no moving parts, no maintenance and maximum flexibility in loading.
