The gas measurement system serves to continuously monitor the composition of the atmosphere inside the oven - primarily the oxygen concentration, but also other process gases (e.g. hydrogen, nitrogen, CO). This enables precise control of thermal and chemical conditions, which has a direct impact on the quality of processes such as hardening, annealing or brazing. This solution increases safety, minimises energy losses and ensures full compliance with technological requirements and quality standards. The system can operate automatically, transmitting data to the oven controller or an external monitoring system.
