A demister is a component that can be used both after the process of washing parts and in industrial ovens. Its task is to effectively remove moisture and fine liquid droplets from the circulating air, preventing the re-deposition of water, detergents, or emulsions on the parts. In the case of an oven, it operates on the principle of condensation – the water vapor contained in the hot air is captured and condensed, then discharged into a condensate tank located beneath the chamber. This solution stabilizes process conditions, protects both the parts and oven components from the undesirable effects of moisture, and ensures that the processing environment remains dry. This is particularly important in drying, curing, and polymerization processes, where clean and stable air parameters determine the quality and repeatability of production.
