Romer technologies
During annealing or polymerisation, a temperature sensor is attached to the surface of the workpiece, which measures the actual heating level of the workpiece itself, rather than the air in the oven. This allows precise control of when the workpiece reaches the target temperature and how long it maintains it - without having to open the oven or rely on assumptions. This allows the process to be completed at exactly the right time, which affects quality and repeatability.
