ROMER Andrzej Ciura, Wojciech Ciura sp.c. is carrying out the project entitled "The development of a new, sustainable, environmentally-friendly and safe transport system".
"Transformation of the Romer S.C. company towards Industry 4.0" under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 programme.

Priority I. Entrepreneurship and Innovation

As part of the project:

1. we'll provide training to improve the competence of staff (including managers) of a company in processes related to the industrial transformation towards Industry 4.0.
2. purchase a CRM software licence and implement the software indicated
3. we will purchase and implement an automated warehouse and CNC machining and laser centres for cutting and processing of sheet metal and profiles.

The project also includes a technology audit and the development of a roadmap for the of the company's transformation towards Industry 4.0.

The project encompasses comprehensive measures whose main objective is to optimise key production processes through automation of internal transport, cutting and processing of material processing and the integration of management systems.

Planned outcomes of the project:

1. increasing production efficiency
2. reducing operating costs
3. improving the working conditions of employees
4. increased competitiveness on the domestic and international markets

The main recipient of the project is ROMER Andrzej Ciura, Wojciech Ciura S.C.
Amount of contribution from European Funds: 2.981.899,52 zł
Total project value: 6.081.631,51 zł
