In many processes, washing does not necessarily mean a closed booth with a roof and curtains. If you use water and mild detergents, a simple workspace with headroom and unobstructed access from the sides is sufficient. This makes it easy to load and unload parts, and the cycle isn’t prolonged by structural elements. You also don’t pay for enclosures you don’t need from the outset. Our car wash maintains the key aspects of the process – the correct pressure, predictable flow and filtration – but the philosophy changes: access and speed come first, followed by enclosure if required. Importantly, the open space provides the added benefit of greater working height. This is not an end in itself, but a natural advantage of a simpler design. And should the need arise in the future to work with harsher chemicals or to reduce splashes and mist, the same base can be expanded with a roof, curtains and extraction, without changing the bay’s concept.
