The operator no longer needs to keep an eye on the time or temperatures, as this is handled by a PLC panel with a simple interface. Nozzles positioned at the top, bottom and sides wash every nook and cranny – places where a hand or a standard spray lance could never reach. As a result, the operator is spared the hassle of dealing with ‘tricky’ parts, and quality depends not on their skill but on the machine itself. Separate spray systems and pipe blow-through ensure that the baths do not mix, so the chemicals last longer and the surface is always prepared in the same way. The enclosed chamber and closed-loop system offer an additional benefit: less waste, easier compliance with environmental requirements and significantly higher workplace safety.
