Water savings through recirculation and treatment

  • If the cleaning process takes hours every day and you don’t want thousands of litres of water to be wasted, generating additional costs for disposal into the sewer system.
  • Every production shift involves hundreds of litres of water used for rinsing and chemical processes. When operating on a 2- or 3-shift basis, this amounts to thousands of litres a day, which, without recovery, become a cost and an environmental burden. A reverse osmosis plant allows this cycle to be closed. Instead of treating water as a disposable resource, it removes salts, particles and chemical residues, and then returns it to the cycle. Such a system starts to make real sense when consumption exceeds around 1,000 litres a day. At that point, the difference in water and wastewater bills becomes noticeable, and recirculation quickly translates into savings. At the same time, the quality of the process improves – chemical baths maintain their parameters for longer, and rinsing always takes place under stable conditions. The operator does not need to change their working methods, as the whole system operates in the background, ensuring that the water is always ready for use.

1. First case study

Pressure washer for future expansion

A manufacturer of steel gates and structures launched a wash without a roof and curtains, gained a lower cost of entry, a shorter cycle and full access to the dimensions, while leaving itself the option of elegantly closing the station in the future if the process requires it.

2. Second case study

Washing difficult details with aggressive chemicals

A manufacturer of precision components implemented a manual cleaning process using aggressive chemicals to achieve perfectly clean surfaces prior to electroplating. Despite the intensive conditions - the solution proved to be effective and relatively inexpensive
