PaintExpo 2026 in Karlsruhe – Trade Fair Report
PaintExpo 2026 in Karlsruhe has come to an end. Our observations are straightforward - the coating industry is clearly accelerating, investing in automation, digitalization, and cost optimization. There are more ready-to-use systems, with a strong focus on integration and ease of operation across entire production lines.
What was most important
The strongest focus was placed on real production improvements:
- Automation of coating processes
- Integration of systems and control
- Solutions reducing material and energy consumption
There was also a clear trend toward simplifying operation - user interfaces, modern control systems, and faster, as simple as possible changeovers of production lines.
Our presence at the trade fair
Among the new developments, we showcased at the trade fair:
- The complete ProfiSpray applicator family system - the applicator and its variants tailored to specific market applications.
- A new interface for the oven - a complete upgrade covering both the hardware layer (new screen and improved user experience) and the visual layer (refreshed GUI/UI), enhanced with voice control.
The discussions were concrete, focused on implementations and real customer needs, as well as on further development and new directions.
Both exhibitors and visitors rated PaintExpo very positively. The trade fair once again confirmed its role as one of the key meeting points for the industrial coating industry, a space for exchanging technologies, experience, and practical solutions. For us, it was above all a time of intensive discussions, presenting our solutions, and validating the direction in which we are developing our systems.
