The heart of
The metal construction manufacturer relied on the steel paint booth as a durable and hard-wearing solution for intensive multi-shift work - ensuring stable application conditions without the need for costly and delicate specialised materials.
Romer case study
In an industrial plant for the serial painting of steel and structural components, a classic powder booth with a steel structure was implemented. Due to the lack of need to eliminate electrostatic charges, carbon steel was relied upon - a material that is strong, impact resistant, cheap and easy to maintain.
The cabin was equipped with a dust collector with filters suitable for large quantities of dust, and the ventilation system was adapted to intensive operation. Thanks to the rigid steel construction, it was possible to seamlessly integrate a quick-cleaning system and fastenings for additional equipment.
