Monorail conveyor

The monorail chain conveyor is a reliable solution for transporting suspended workpieces within automated and semi-automated process lines. Moving along a closed track, the chain guides the workpieces through the successive process zones - from washing, drying and painting to annealing.

Thanks to the modular design of the track and the possibility of using drives, curves and gears, the system is easily adapted to the conditions of the hall and the line layout. The Monorail enables both continuous and clocked operation - with the workpiece stopping at selected process points.

The sling system is compatible with booths, ovens and washers, and the appropriate spacing of hooks ensures transport stability and optimum distance between workpieces. Depending on the needs, the conveyor can be equipped with manual or driven pullers and chain lubrication and tensioning systems.
