The heart of
The demister collects moisture from the oven and condenses it into a separate tank, improving the quality and stability of the process.
Romer technologies
The demister is a component of the furnace ventilation system that is responsible for the efficient removal of moisture from the circulating air. It works on the principle of condensation - the water vapour contained in the hot air is captured and condensed, and then discharged into a dedicated condensate tank located under the furnace. This solution prevents excessive moisture in the chamber, stabilises the process conditions and protects the furnace components and workpieces from the unwanted effects of moisture. Particularly useful in drying, annealing and polymerisation processes, where maintaining a dry environment is critical to quality and production repeatability.
