Automatic entry of slats option
The system of automatic entry of the slats enables quick entry of the slats into the furnace, without unnecessary movement of the operator to push them - from the level of the transport trolley, it saves time and heat energy.
The system precisely and automatically brakes the slats at the required point, without causing the risk of falling parts, when colliding with the door or the rear wall of the furnace. The operator usually introduces each slat in turn, this system is able to pull all slats at once, but each of them has its own independent drive. The system provides increased work comfort and time optimisation, increasing the effective working time.

Automatic door opening  option
The automatic door opening system enables quick, non-invasive opening of the door, without unnecessary movement of the operator via one button - from the level of the transport trolley, saves time and heat energy. It provides increased work comfort and time optimisation, increasing effective working time.

Automatic programmable hood option
The hood has its own control, and it is possible to mount it also to foreign structures, based on the programmed parameters, the hood starts automatically after opening the door or other programmed event. Thanks to a powerful fan, it discharges gaseous products after the polymerization process.

7" touch panel
The large color touch panel looks aesthetically pleasing and is convenient and intuitive to use. You can set all important parameters on it.

Memory of 20 programs of 10 events
It is possible to save up to 20 programs and activate up to 10 subsequent time-temperature events forming a heating curve.
This is especially needed for more demanding processes.

Information on electricity consumption 
Consumption is calculated based on burner settings. This function will allow you to estimate the costs of a given cycle, plan consumption and check staff.

USB
Each of the kilns is equipped with a recorder recording all firing parameters, including two temperature channels - as in an airplane black box, on a USB flash drive .

The system also enables the analysis of monthly/daily summaries, including media consumption and efficiency. Every start of heating, opening of the door, is to be recreated, several years back.

Automatic smoke exhaust chimney

Self-closing doors
To open them, just pull the door. The lock has adjustable door pressure, to close it, just push it, the lock will catch the door and automatically tighten it.

ECO Mode
The unique system is designed to reduce fuel consumption by automatically optimizing burner settings. After reaching the set temperature, the stove enters the ECO mode which regulates the exhaust gas temperature and saves your money.

Up to 20% less fuel consumption
Standard exchangers operate at flue gas temperatures above 330 degrees , in the case of our construction it is standard 270 degrees , in combination with the ECO mode, it even allows 20% thermal savings .

Furnace division (Guard) option
The bulkhead is a solution that allows you to buy a larger kiln and use only part of it for firing. The furnace is then equipped with a side-sliding wall and a modified control system.

It is possible to use two chambers independently. The controller enables programming independent processes. For example, in the first chamber, the firing process can take place, while in the second, drying with completely different parameters, at a different time...

Airing the oven chamber option
Automatic ventilation is a system of fans and actuators that vents smoke from the chamber. Ventilation is an additional ventilation duct forcing air exchange. The system is used when fumes are generated in the firing chamber and must be discharged outside the kiln during the firing process.

Silicone seals
Doors, fans and all joints are additionally sealed with a profiled gasket resistant to 300 degrees Celsius to save the heat produced.

Explosion proof closures
Mthe assembly of the lock makes it possible to open the furnace from the inside in case the worker is locked in the chamber. This solution improves the tightness of the door, comfort of work and complies with the standards of EX furnaces - in the event of an explosion, the door will open automatically .

Programmable outputs
The solution allows you to program relay outputs in given steps, based on temperature, time.

It allows you to add, for example, a controllable vacuum pump to the production process of carbon fiber elements, based on the achievement of a given temperature, heating / cooling curves, etc.

RS485 ModBus communication
Virtually every romer device is built as standard based on a microcontroller, thus it can be fully controlled from the outside by master devices. Can work in Master/Slave mode.
After connecting it to the network, you can monitor its status, consumption, temperature, etc. on an ongoing basis. by providing data to the client's internal systems, e.g. CRM / ERP.
