The multi-zone heating system provides a unique firing quality.


Each conventional furnace has only one heating zone and only one temperature measurement!


The multi zone heat system supports up to 8 independent heating zones in one furnace.
Each heating zone has up to 3 Temperature sensors


When there are differences in temperature between zones, they are automatically aligned!

The system allows you to tackle the problem when the elements come to the furnace in different thicknesses.

Bulkhead is a solution to buy a larger furnace and to use only its parts for firing. The furnace is then equipped with a sliding side wall and modified control.

Stable welded construction

Programmable outputs
The solution allows you to program relay outputs in given steps, based on temperature and time.

It allows you to add e.g. a controllable vacuum pump to the production process of carbon fiber elements, based on the achievement of a given temperature, heating / cooling curves, etc.

RS485 ModBus communication
Virtually every romer device is built as standard based on a microcontroller, so it can be fully controllable from the outside by superior devices. It can work in Master / Slave mode.
After connecting it to the network, you can monitor its condition, consumption, temperatures, etc. by providing data to the client's internal systems, e.g. CRM / ERP.

 

Transport systems

Lower carts
Option with two prams, the most popular. External trolley equipped with swivel rubber wheels. The system is used for small and medium loads. It affects the reduction of the impurities content from the floor in the chamber. The outer cart is painted with wet paint, the inner cart is moved on this carriage. Internal cart supplied in the form of a frame with high temperature bearings on turned wheels, not painted ready for superstructure welding


Upper tracks
Option with two rails with a cross section of 70x70x4 galvanized. The system is used for medium and heavy loads in large lines. This solution allows for one-time suspension of the element on the line, and then only its moving, it is quick to use, but requires the extension of the line with a cross-bar system and unloading stations.

Rails in the floor
Option with one trolley, used for very heavy loads of several tons. The trolley is equipped with cast cast iron wheels on slide bearings. It prevents turning, the trolley drives only backwards and forwards. This option reduces the total height of the oven by 100mm compared to others. Trolley delivered in the form of a frame with wheels. without superstructure, not painted ready for welding.

Automatic bar transfer system optional
The system of automatic bar transfer enables quick entry of the bars into the oven, without unnecessary movement of the operator to push them - from the level of the transport trolley, it saves time and heat energy.
The system precisely and automatically brakes the slats at the required point, without causing the risk of falling parts, when colliding with the door or the rear wall of the oven. The operator usually introduces each bar in turn, this system is able to pull all slats at once, but each of them has its own independent drive. The system provides increased work comfort and time optimisation, increasing the effective working time.

Automatic door opening optional
The automatic door opening system enables quick, non-invasive opening of the door, without unnecessary movement of the operator via one button - from the level of the transport trolley, saves time and heat energy. It provides increased comfort of work and time optimization, increasing the effective working time.

Automatic programmable hood  optional
The hood has its own control, and it is possible to mount it also to foreign structures, based on the programmed parameters, the hood starts automatically after opening the door or other programmed event. Thanks to a powerful fan, it discharges the gaseous products after the polymerization process.
