Drive-through tunnel washes

The tunnel drive-through washer is an advanced solution for washing workpieces in a continuous process, built using modular technology.

The stainless steel construction ensures durability and chemical resistance, and the process zones are separated by curtains and drains. Control is via an intuitive 7" touch panel with logging functions, operating schedules and measurement of chemical parameters (pH, conductivity).

The system is equipped with pressure gauges, liquid level sensors, spray lines with interchangeable nozzles, heating (burner/heaters) and vapour extractors.

Thanks to Modbus communication, integration with superordinate control systems is possible. Washing takes place in a closed circuit with automatic cascades, which reduces media consumption and increases process quality.
